Melissa is enthusiastic, determined, and devoted in helping her clients realize their full potential
Melissa’s childhood of playing sports with the boys every weekend led her to a full time career path in fitness and a Bachelors degree in Nutrition. Almost 7 years ago, fresh out of college, Melissa began her career in a small hometown gym. Not even one year into her career, she found herself in a head on car collision suffering from a completed shattered heal.
After 8 months of recovery and extremely limited mobility, Melissa fought her way back to the gym, built up her body to peak performance, and competed in her first Bodybuilding show in 2015. Not only did she want to prove to herself that she could come back better then ever, but she want to send a message to others that NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE. With a little heart & hard work, you can achieve anything you want.
Learning about the body & training others to be their best self is a passion of Melissa’s. She truly enjoys her work of helping others figure out the correct formula for their needs as well as watching them succeed at achieving their goals.
What to expect when training with Melissa:
“We are here to put in some work!”, Melissa says. Melissa takes training seriously and wants each and every client to get the most out of their programming. Starting each client off with assessments in order to learn the movement pattern of each clients body, Melissa will then create a specific & progressive program based on the client goals.
Melissa is also very keen on form in order to prevent injury. Since her accident, Melissa is all too familiar with muscle imbalances and muscle immobility which are 2 factors that can cause the body injury if performing exercises incorrectly.
Lastly, you most definitely can expect to be challenged when working with Melissa 🙂 After all, her favorite quote is “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you”.

Kristen is goofy, passionate, and motivated to help her clients achieve a healthy & balanced lifestyle.
Kristen was a previous high school athlete and dancer. It wasn’t until after college where she discovered Strength Training and fell in love with the fitness lifestyle. In April 2016, Kristen set a goal to compete in her first NPC Bikini Competition, where she placed 2nd and 4th in her classes. Coach Melissa played a part of this success, as she was Kristen’s Bikini Posing Coach!
Although Kristen is not actively competing, she uses the discipline and dedication she learned from her competition training to encourage others to step out of their comfort zone in order to accomplish their desired fitness goals.
What to expect when training with Kristen:
Kristen’s #1 priority is to form a relationship where the client feels 100%comfortable. “After all, we’re going to be spending A LOT of timetogether :)”, Kristen says.
Kristen will create a specific training program tailored to meet the clients uniquehealth and fitness goals. Expect to be pushed and work hard to meetgoals, but also have fun and build confidence along the way. Kristen wants to show you that fitness isn’t just short term, but rather a veryenjoyable and rewarding long term lifestyle!
